The Inside Sales Manager primary responsibility is to achieve and exceed sales quotas by driving customer retention and new account sales; secondary area of responsibility is to manage and coach the inside sales team to achieve performance expectations.
As a Digital Sales Account Manager(CAs term for inside sales), you will be responsible for driving new business with customers and prospects. This position will manage all aspects of building and maintaining a sales pipeline for the region, and will drive some business through to closure.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (both remote and in office) by conducting weekly performance reviews, pipeline reviews and through constant coaching, mentoring and motivating.
