In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and NPS/CSAT of all engagements across large, global clients, monitor and improve account-wide delivery execution, reporting, and communication standards.
In this role, you will manage all components of medium-sized engagement proposals including technical and commercial methodologies, staffing and budgets and draft key sections of large-sized engagement proposals especially approach and methodology.
This position reports directly to the Chief Internal Audit Executive and is responsible for developing and driving the strategic plan for the IT Audit function. He/She will manage and independently perform a wide range of IT and related business risk assessments, IT compliance and operational audits, with a focus on significant company projects and SOX, in a small team environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
