The Business Analyst (BA) has the critical and highly visible role of planning and implementing multiple software projects working closely with product, engineering, testing and senior management. The BA identifies, creates, and analyzes reports and data to derive actionable insights for a number of mobile products. The BA liaises with engineering, testing, product, customer support, and senior management sharing data, reports and insights from multiple sources to multiple audiences.
This position develops product documentation such as business requirement statements, logical data and process designs, user interface mock-ups, and product test plans. This position participates in the entire product development cycle including user interface design, initial product testing, product certification, release, and training system deployment.
In this role, you will work with internal Architects to implement risk best practices prior to the implementation of new systems/solutions. Your success in this role will be based heavily on your ability to collaborate and work closely with a variety of teams, understand their business processes, accurately assess risk, and create risk mitigation plans.

The Data Center Strategy / Colocation Analyst position within the colocation function will be responsible for developing consice decision support analysis and other monthly and quarterly tracking to support the datacenter strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership to ensure the CompuSafe master data strategy and management is accurate and up to date. Additionally, the Analyst will help support the current CompuSafe on-boarding process for new and existing Customers through our existing applications.
The BI BA plays a pivotal role in driving BI capability across Jacobs; demonstrates exceptional communication skills to build trusting relationships with senior executives, managers, team members as well as vendors, and has solid leadership skills to manage expectations, mitigate risks, resolve issues and develop/drive/implement reporting roadmaps.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide initial assessment of categorization and prioritization for reported Incidents and Service Requests and provides initial support, targeting a higher level of first contact resolution.
