The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing Human Resources administration, activities and programs for assigned area/region in alignment with established strategies, policies, procedures, federal, state and local laws and government regulations.
Coordinates communication and integration with other areas of the organization including finance, marketing, communications, customer support, training, deployment management, production support, architecture and infrastructure.
Provides expertise and support, ensuring that change management activities within the business that have associate impact are managed in a timely, professional and lawful manner and that communications regarding change are clear, concise and consistent.
The Field HR Manager is responsible for achieving great people results in turnover, selection, staffing, and cultural leadership; lead and consult the Market Management on employee relation issues and talent management.
Develop relationships with HR business leadership/stakeholders to plan and execute projects that meet pre-defined business objectives / requirements. Cultivate, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices. Ensure development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
