Responsible for influencing the Senior Management Committee, Platform Presidents and large-scope functional VPs (senior leadership) on the design and execution of specific operational/functional strategies to achieve corporate goals.
Develop strong partnership and effective communication channels with vp of distribution and directors of distribution; to jointly formulate an overarching hr people strategy, adapting this to each of the distribution centers to help optimize the productivity of each of the locations.
Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.
The HR Director will be responsible for managing and providing follow through on complex issues involving employee relations, legal, training, performance management, benefits, compensation, recruitment, worker's compensation, complaint investigation and coordination of internal and legal complaint responses.
Experience in the following HR responsibilites: Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition & Retention, General and College Recruiting, Training & Development, Orientation, Employee Relations, Safety, HR, Legal and Acquisitions & Mergers.
Collaborates and partners with Senior Functional Leaders including Commercial, R&D, and Quality/Regulatory spanning multiple Product Categories providing HR leadership on talent management initiatives and activities, organizational design and effectiveness, and supporting the execution of Product Category and Functional goals and objectives globally.
