In this role, the selected candidate will perform intermediate employee relations functions including support and counseling regarding personnel and job related conflicts, problem solving and dispute resolution, managing employee performance issues, review and assessment of termination requests; conduct exit interviews.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day to day performance management guidance and training to management (coaching, counseling, talent planning, disciplinary action, investigation and maintaining a union free workplace).
The HR Generalist partners with assigned client groups that span multiple functions and/or markets, to strategically and tactically address supervisory, management and employee needs.
