HR Business Partner will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition; and ensure that human resources services are provided in compliance with established system policies, procedures and practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the facilitys attendance policy and employees adherence and recommends appropriate corrective actions; facilitate effective cross functional communication of HR initiatives and employee programs such as training, benefit enrollment, new hire orientation and employee action programs.
Leads and influences behavior and strategy within a business function or client group by providing expert HR guidance. May develop and execute or assist with a business plan within those groups, providing solutions for complex business needs.
In this role, you will provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, succession planning, recognition and rewards, attendance / performance issues, performance improvement, and terminations.

The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role will demonstrate the ability to partner with leadership in the delivery of HR services, consult with the line management providing HR guidance when appropriate and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the designated business unit to either deliver or broker services that address issues pertinent to HR and business unit alignment, organizational effectiveness, and/or leadership capabilities.
