The Field Manager provides leadership to sales representatives in order to assist client managers in achieving performance objectives. They monitor district progress towards meeting and exceeding sales plans and forecasts; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring & utilization of resources aligned with our customer's expectations.
In this role, you will prepare trip reports comprehensively summarizing the details of each field sales call. These reports are to be prepared weekly so they can be timely reviewed for suggestions and recommended follow up action.
This position will be responsible for new sales of products along with servicing and growing of current customers into the heavy duty/automotive aftermarket channels. In this role you will be developing customer leads and long term relationships with distributors, independent sales contractors and direct sales to meet company sales objectives.
