As a member of the Korn Ferry Futurestep COE, the Senior Supply Chain Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment.
Responsible for all facets of recruiting for the institution, including but not limited to tracking vacancies, monitoring applicant flow, developing effective advertising copy, making appropriate applicant referrals, and assisting departmental management in the complete recruitment process.
