The successful prospect for this position will effectively demonstrate a remarkable ability at opening doors to new opportunities and setting successful appointments from a cold start as well as be highly self-motivated people person that exhibits excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as a strong pedigree in closing.
Work with the Account Manager and Account Consultant teams to insure timely handoff of sold accounts for ongoing management and retention; develop customer centric solutions and deliver sales proposals on product benefits.

In this role, you will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision maker's Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales history of both successfully hunting down and qualifying new Enterprise customer opportunities, as well as experience supporting and growing an existing Enterprise client base.
