In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the VP of Sales in formulating the "go-to-market" strategy; working with the pre-sales team to craft a suitable and compelling proposal for the client.
Position is responsible for providing marketing and sales consultation to field personnel, conducting audits, training field personnel, overseeing the development and implementation of marketing plan, reviewing reports, interviewing and selecting field marketing directors, and ensuring occupancy targets are met.

In this role, the selected candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
