In this role, you will oversee and direct the financial control and accounting activities of the regional plant and distribution centers to assure accurate and timely preparation, recording, transmissions, analysis and communication of data necessary to control operations and achieve objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, cost accounting, general & entity accounting.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage organizational cash flow forecasting by working with operations and department heads; continuously collaborate with operations and establish finance and administrative systems to support programs and operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading all accounting and finance activities for the company, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and establishing and maintaining internal controls.
This role is responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day operational accounting function including, revenue, joint interest billing, and accounts payable, and oversight of the financial reporting and tax functions.
The Assistant Controller prepares, processes and maintains activity as assigned for preparation of monthly financial statements. Supports and adheres to the company Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
In this role, you will maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, including but not limited to accounts receivable, inventory, revenue, costs, expenses and payroll directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in: forecasting & analysis; using Excel and Quickbooks; running and overseeing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll; conducting Monthly and Quarterly Closes and Reconciliations; General Ledger; Bookkeeping; and strong experience in Budgeting.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor plant inventory (raw material, packaging material, finished goods, and spare parts) movements and position to identify and resolve potential financial exposure or process issues (such as OSM, HFI, shrinkage, significant variances, obsolescence).
In this role, you will be Accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of adequate system of accounting records, and day to day accounting support functions.
