This can be Sr. Manager or Manager Level position within Samsung Customer Care Unit; this role will serve as the product manager for service contract products that support the B2C/B2B business units at Samsung.
Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiation teams on contractual issues, as needed while following legal regulations and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives.
Manages the administration of all assigned (OTM) Contract administration projects, including contracts for recruitment, total rewards, and other OTM related contract negotiations while providing oversight on budgetary requirements of all contracts to be in good standing within the Office of Talent Management.
Conducts proposal preparation; contract negotiation; contract administration; and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies; legal requirements; and customer specifications.
Perform research and institutes best practices and new methods for reducing costs associated with contract management; review and draft contract documents with support from functional executives, and General Counsel.
