In this role, the selected candidate will review existing customer accounts, assessing needs, addressing concerns and presenting new products and/or services; provide high quality account management and customer support to assigned accounts as defined by management.
Supports in the preparation of RFP's, proposals and proposal presentations, by ensuring the sales team understand the clients outcomes and taking an objective view, to ensure we are submitting a winning proposal, and representing PS through discussions as needed, whilst giving confidence to the client in our local/global capabilities.
The Client Services Manager will handle interactions and escalations surrounding high value/revenue (VIP) Commercial customers. This individual will interact with all functional areas that touch our commercial customers with key areas including: Customer Experience (Sales, Billing, Tech Support, Tech Ops, Construction, etc.), Retention (up sell and contract renewals) and process flow (ticketing, call routing, circuit alarms, etc.).
As a Team Manager in Client Service and Support you will lead a team of 12 representatives (including registered brokers, broker trainees, and customer service reps) to deliver value and memorable service experiences that promote client loyalty.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day to day account management services across a book of client business; client support is performed both independently as well as part of a team of internal associates including consultants actuaries and other support personnel.
