This position is for a Senior Level Electrical Engineer and Power System Analysis Specialist having technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, budgeting, or coordinating complex electrical and power system analysis assignments.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for the development of default operational reporting for external publication to various regulatory agencies (OCC, CFPB, FDIC, DOJ and etc.) and litigation remediation.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
As a member of the Product team, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine market, customer, and end user needs and requirements for new features and improvements to our platform.
The System Performance Analyst main role is to conduct in-depth analysis and design remedial steps to permanently resolve on-going performance problems to these critical systems as quickly as possible.
