The Project Manager would be required to manage all aspects of the implementation. Day-to-day tasks would include reporting to upper management, dealing one-on-one with Dynamics CRM Architects and Developers, and handing out daily tasks.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Customer Advocacy initiative and supports the Manager, Customer Advocacy in moving American to leading the industry in customer service and service recovery.
Responsibilities include operations leadership throughout the IPDS program life cycle, developing schedule plans, resource loading, management of business performance metrics, and staffing leadership and development.
They will be responsible for supporting all planning, tracking, and coordination activities across workstreams (comprised of business and technology efforts), and all weekly and monthly planning sessions.
The Project Manager role is to be responsible for all preconstruction and construction related aspects of the project, including the day to day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of planning, site preparation, design, construction and transition in and out of the space for the project.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities. Develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
