The Network Security L3 Operations Support Engineer role is primarily responsible for supporting the HSM Support team with technical support to administer, troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and determine root cause within the security infrastructure.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop relationships and work collaboratively with business leaders, software developers, and technology operational teams. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to take total ownership of issues.
In this role, the successful candidate will creating and presenting data or information in a way that can drive a business decision to enhance or resolve a product problem identified through the complaint process.
This position assesses proper decision making throughout the complaint handling process. He or she will verify that complaint handling processes are properly executed to ensure prompt identification, timely investigation, reporting, documentation, and filing of device-related issues.
