This role will be responsible for performing enterprise-wide toolset rationalization reviews and propose strategic plans and directions to deliver a reduced application footprint in the near to mid term.
The DLS Production Manager is a critical role to the model responsible for ensuring that all programs and projects are moving through the operating process, meeting SLAs, adhering to standards and maintaining a solid quality assurance and testing record towards delivery.
Initiates and executes digital marketing efforts to enroll and deepen relationships with the company Preferred segment customers. Supports efforts aligned to the Preferred Rewards digital strategy for clients eligible and enrolled in program.
Strong process skills with the ability to integrate technology and process to improve efficiency and results. Work on specific technology based Recruiting Technology projects to drive implementation and partner with Recruiters to improve tool usage.
This role has full life cycle responsibilities for the assigned products, as well as vendor management, business and technical product management, competitive positioning, marketing concepts, and management of related systems for the product platform.
The position requires communication directly with various levels of management, including senior management. In order to perform effectively in this function, the candidate must have an analytical approach to problem solving to assist in resolving issues quickly and accurately.
Responsible for developing strategies and working with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Channel, Production, Segment, and Marketing partners to flawlessly execute marketing campaigns that promote loyalty and stem attrition among existing consumer credit card customers.
