In this role, the selected candidate will deliver Portfolio Rationalization services mentioned above in a manner consistent with the overall Practice Advisory team's best practices and methodologies. The Senior Portfolio Rationalization consultant is expected to work in a collaborative manner with executives of the clients organization and with other members of the engagement team.
In this role, you will manage department-specific projects to support ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements by: developing and implementing work plans, obtaining status updates, reviewing outcomes, recommending changes (as needed), and working with the applicable business owner on finalization.
In this role, you will review and interpret all new/revised requirements; identify potential impacts for the organization and/or business units; communicatebinformation to applicable business owners/ management.
In this role, you will identify proactive and effective sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse slate of candidates, providing regular updates to hiring manager, and/or partnering with HR business partner.
