The Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM) will manage a group of Field Operations Managers (FOM and/or FOM Sr.) and has the potential to manage other positions such as Technical Trainers, Personnel Manager, and Service Manager depending on changing client scope of work and geographical location of positions.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure achievement of strategic sales objectives for the defined region and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue.
