The individual in this position will work with the US&C VP of Productivity Product Sales to define goals and strategic plans to drive S&PS adoption of our solutions across both named strategic end user target accounts and the territory as a whole.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for determining the demand for products and services offered by the hotel and its competitors and identify potential customers. He/She is responsible for developing pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing hotel profits and share of the market while ensuring the hotel's customers are satisfied.

The Director will lead a team of individuals to will work with Legal, Compliance, Operations and regional Product Managers to simplify and reduce documentation requirements for Account Opening and Maintenance, and improve the overall governance. The Director will also liaise with other products to seek optimization opportunities across TTS business.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with external regional accounts and internal team including sales leadership, corporate account directors and other contract stakeholders to maximize the profitable sales and to gain, improve or protect product access.
Identify, cultivate and manage high impact relationships with key prospects and major benefit consulting firms in the health & wellness marketplace including national practice leaders, individual consultants and their major clients.
