Represent the needs of the business throughout the project lifecycle, providing expertise and working knowledge of various business operations processes; setup appropriate project governance, develop the global plan, lead collaboration between departments, oversee business requirements, ensure appropriate testing, and successful implementation.
The HR Project Manager- Global Payroll Tax will report to Executive Director, Business Travel Operations and act as both the Project Leader for US Domestic lane of work as well as the Project Manager (PM) for US Domestic lane of work within the Global Business Travel Tax Program.
Lead large projects and scrum teams focused on mobile application and middle ware services delivery technology disciplines in driving day-to-day project delivery with a particular focus on high quality, efficient delivery.
Responsible for managing all activities related to the successful delivery of medium and large capital infrastructure projects from inception to completion, the size and sensitivity of which have a significant impact to Operational, Financial, Regulatory and / or other Company objectives.
Assure estimates are realistic and based on industry standard units, with transparency to drive competitive project performance. Analyzes projects with respect to scope, schedule parameters, information quality, and risk.
The Site Manager this individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the project while ensuring that the project is under or on budget, on schedule, and that specifications are being adhered to in a safe manner.
Works with the Value Institute Administrative Director to assure that project budgets meet the needs of the program and department. Assist in the creation and management of the department operational budgets.
