Responsible to define and introduce Service Level Agreements, Operation level Agreements in consultation with the Group IT; responsible to ensure Customer satisfaction through service Level Management of IT services by monitoring service quality.
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day to day operations of the consumer products assembly and distribution facility. Responsibility includes receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of international and domestic finished goods as well light assembly and packaging.
The candidate must have an experience supporting supply chain organizations with significant experience working with suppliers (external and internal) in a technical and/or programmatic oversight role.

The Branch Manager may be responsible for managing start-up functions and the overall performance of the branch. The manager will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel, warehouse inventory, and production shop in an exciting, fast-paced, industrial work environment.
