The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of projects that fall within their specified region and Line Of Business (LOB) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful and profitable implementation of projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage support, incident management, problem management and change management for devices and resources monitored by Logicalis Managed Services, including Windows / Unix / Linux servers, System i devices, network devices and applications as well as other supported configuration items for internal and client systems.
In this role, the selected candidate must be organized with exceptional written & verbal communication skills (MS-Word & Excel) to manage & schedule customers' machine service needs and monitor spare parts.
The TSM performs a variety of tasks and functions as a key team member across multi-departmental projects and takes full accountability for the technical reporting, and recommendations for execution based on these criteria.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients and vendors; new business development skills and the ability to grow our footprint with existing customers is essential.
Ensure compliance on all pest and termite control applications are within company standards; ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Manage, lead and develop a team of account managers to ensure we are executing HVAC delivery of service based on client specific guidelines while working to increase the number of sites we manage for each client.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, staffing, performance management and development of staff. Counsels and disciplines employees when necessary in accordance with department and/or organizational policies.
