The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides leadership and direction for all HR functions of this Manufacturing Plant; this is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the employees, and leaders supporting plant operations.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the 500+ person manufacturing facility; this includes employee relations, EHS, security, training, employee engagement, workforce flexibility, hiring, and employee development.
The HR Service Center Manager is responsible for overseeing divisional HR Service Center. This group of in-house consultants supports the HR Division, organizational leaders and individual team members with HR business tasks including self service (Tier 0) and HR Service support (Tier 1).
