The Quality Engineer will drive the quality assurance activities in the manufacturing plant.
The Quality Engineer will work closely with all functional groups within the plant to design and implement quality assurance programs and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling and corrective action when situations dictate.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, as well as participating in strategic development based on quality control plans.

In this role, the selected candidate will analyze SPC data for process improvement, corrective actions, and other activities; guides and/or develops geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) and measurement points for components and assemblies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing mechanisms for d riving continuous improvements with the companys supply base by developing and strengthening processes that will reduce receiving inspections, reduce component defects, and reduce end item product risks.
In this role, you will drive proactive quality, delivery and productivity improvement with companys supply base. The selected candidate will conduct material process and quality plan audits of existing suppliers as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation; responsible for APQP activities and pre-production approval process (PPAP).
The QA Engieer will develop, publish and implement test plans for complex, multi-tier, applications throughout the full lifecycle of the software. Write and maintain test automation, publish test results and provide feedback to the SDLC to enhance quality. The QA Engineer will be responsible for about 50% manual testing and 50% creating automation testing tools. This is a Direct Hire opportinity so we are unable to do Corp to Corp.
This position is responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests. This position plans and executes effective and efficient performance and automation testing to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data.
In this role, you will stabilize new products at suppliers working with NPD and suppliers to ensure a smooth product launch from a supplier perspective, through both pre - and post - launch activities.
