In this role, you will be responsible for testing the database logic, quality, performance, workflows and reports ensuring they meet the business requirements and acceptance criteria prior to release and after release into user facing environments.
The Quality Assurance Auditors primary function is to assure that programs are conducted in compliance with all applicable regulations/standards and quality assurance plans of government agencies and Battelle policies by performing data audits and inspections.
In this role, you will perform reviews on live production, when dictated by policy and /or procedure, to support production underwriting. Reviews may include lending authority submissions, random reviews dictated by policy based on Underwriting quality, loan exception reviews, CCR condition reviews, Executive Office complaints, and /or other files as referred by management.
In this role, you will be responsible for investigate line and/or field claims by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions, and implementing appropriate adjustments; report unusual findings.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to the establishment of and meet quality goals and objectives for the project; proactively engage in the end-to-end software testing cycle as it pertains to the project.
The QA Automation Engineer is responsible for automation and testing related practices. They are also responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automated test scripts, according to the defined QA framework and scripting standards.
The tester is responsible for providing feedback on artifacts developed during requirements and analysis phase within client projects; authoring test cases/scripts; and performing test execution for both project and support related activities.
