The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of the marketing plan through sales efforts, developing the sales consultants on his team and maximizing customer satisfaction through his sales team.
In this role, the selected candidate sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
In this role, you will build and/or develop comprehensive sales initiatives within a stated geography or list of predefined named accounts. Territory development will include working with channel and other oem partners to ensure a tight customer engagement model.
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will have direct responsibility for compliantly representing Shire products to medical professionals (gastroenterologists, surgeons, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals outlined by the Company) who specialize in the treatment of Short Bowel or Ulcerative Colitis.
In this role, you will be primarily aligned to the Commercial Operations CRM & FIM COEs to help drive effective utilization of CRM and FIM capabilities to unify all Medical Device Sales force organizations.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to the setup and implementation of certified systems, including their configuration and interoperability with other technologies, knowledge transfer to the support organizations, and the management of the knowledge store.
In this role, you will work with existing leadership and broader team to develop and implement processes to deliver a differentiating client experience including but not limited to areas such as client on-boarding, client contact standards, client communication and all other areas that impact the overall client experience in the Reserve.
The individual will create product content, update and maintain collateral materials, educate internal and external stakeholders about product features and benefits, understand visual arts/design to direct the creative process required for photoshoots and video production.
In this role, you will direct and/or partner with LOB Audit teams, data analytics resources, and LOB stakeholders to evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls related to high severity issues.
The successful candidate will have direct supervision of Product Managers and will be responsible for generating continuous market intelligence data from leading market segments, and then use this intelligence to create strategies that enable the best opportunities for highly profitable revenue growth.
