This SAP Functional Analyst-Level 2 is responsible for: collaborating with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies; demonstrating an informed knowledge of the order to cash business area to resolve problems on an ongoing basis; supporting several moderately complex business processes; the collection, analysis, and documentation of a clients business requirements; and working with a team to implement solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for participating in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations; collaborating with the business on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes, including advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts; ensuring all systems are aligned with the IT long term strategy.
Act as a liaison between engineering managers, senior managers, division directors, and department management in budget and business activities to ensure optimal operational performance with minimum supervision and participate in planning and execution of departmental business plans and adhoc projects based on Project Management Concept.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning the testing/validation schedule for open Customer Remediation and Correction items within the entirety of the company. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the underlying data and metadata.
