The candidate must have experience with wood frame ground up construction as well as podium experience and adaptive reuse. Experience with putting the construction schedule together, job cost projection analysis and forecasting is a requirement.
Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes being proficient in estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
Manage the homebuilding process from receipt of building permit to closing of the sale and ensure building code, environmental, safety compliance and the quality specifications of the company and its customers.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to apply effective management skills for max output and performance, solid understanding of corporate industry practices, processes, and standards.
Assist in the development of actionable site-specific tower, civil and building plans and cost projections for materials and services as they relate to the FCC Television Broadcast Incentive Auction and Repack scenario projects including; HVAC improvements, electrical upgrades, site civil changes, tower structural modifications, RF removals and installations.
