The Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and comply with all banking laws and regulations. Branch Managers actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for
assist with the management and motivation of the staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expense. Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions; process consumer loans; close consumer loans; collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency.
In this role, the selected candidate will achieve upper quartile performance in these key indicators Gross Profit %, Net Salaries Ratio, Occupancy Ratio, Return on Investment, Gross Profit per Employee, and Profit Sharing per Employee.
The Branch Manager leads in the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation, providing the highest standard of customer service and continued excellence in productivity.
The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinating and leading business, operations, marketing, technical, branch and external resources to deliver projects on time and with quality, especially with competing projects vying for the same resources.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including individual expectations for outside business development.
