In this role, you will generate new orders for the company's standard products and services including drive solutions, to meet booking goals for accounts served directly and indirectly by this position.
A Business Development Manager will identify and develop new ADS account customers as well as maintain existing accounts as identified in the annual ADS Sales Commission Plan. The Business Development Manager will oversee sales activities within the specified territory for ADS customers.
In this role, the candidate will ensure that assigned Areas are engaged in consistent processes to assess public sector market sales performance, including the measurement of individual selling skills, and training inventory. Responsible for sales training programs and their effectiveness.
