The Corporate Recruiter will use their energy and drive to help us hire the best and the brightest talent for GreenSky. This position is expected to deliver talented entry- to mid-level Ops professionals for vacancies throughout the organization, advance the GreenSky brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while providing strategy and guidance to hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
In this role, the selected candidate will source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media; build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
In this role, the selected candidate will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone to initiate and cultivate new client.
In this role, you will assist in preparing and sending new employee orientations packages. Schedule, implement, coordinate and manage in New Hire Orientation and ensure paperwork is completed accurately (tax with holdings, I-9s, etc.).
In this role, you will organize and participate in recruiting events for designated universities (career fairs, classroom presentations, socials, student organization meetings, campus interview dates, etc.).
