The Diagnostics Engineer/Project Manager will take on the responsibility of managing the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects within the office with focus on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics related work.
Manage/coordinate the planning and implementation of projects relating to engineering, manufacturing, distribution, capacity planning, layout and realignment of facilities, process mapping, methods engineering, economic analysis, new product development, and capital equipment justification, as well as organizational planning and development.
Responsible and accountable for the delivery, coordination, status reporting and stability of semi-complex project oriented work; drive the planning and coordinating activities of departmental technology projects; ensure goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Responsible for leading the analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for various water transmission/distribution and wastewater collection projects.
Assume ownership stake in all key processes including work intake, sprint planning, execution, launch and retrospectives; drive continuous review and optimization of these processes to ensure alignment with the business and operational goals
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering IT projects to schedule, budget and quality; the role requires a mastery of technical knowledge of project management inter-related process stages, i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
