The Sr. Manager, COE Implementation and CI drives, coordinates, and performs activities associated with implementation of best practices, standard process, and lean six sigma tools within company quality team. The individual will lead a team of continuous improvement associates who will build capability and excellence within the assign segments and across the quality organization.
Collects and analyzes channel / regional promotional pricing and pricing activity in line with programming requirements and cost-to-serve, to ensure they are within Segment and Brand pricing guardrails.
Work closely to interface with Sales, Marketing, Finance and customers in order to incorporate all aspects of market intelligence into the forecasting environment including promotional calendar & new product launch; provide business with updates of forecast information, including ongoing analysis and interpretation of data during monthly forecast review meetings as well as in S&OP leadership meeting.
Drove sourcing and negotiations strategies for targeted categories, including identifying cost reduction projects, performing market analysis, recommending short and long term sourcing strategies with defined risk/benefit analysis and work with key stakeholders to define business requirements, needs, and expectations.
Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy Monitors the competitors' brands and products as well as our market share, competitor market share, and target market share to understand shopper trends and opportunities and communicating to appropriate sales, trade and brand management.
Demonstrates effective project management including setting appropriate action standards, selecting and guiding suppliers, managing within budget and schedule constraints, and delivering actionable results.
