The Lead Business Systems Analyst for HR Operations will leverage HR and Payroll subject matter expertise and business knowledge to evaluate business process effectiveness and identify opportunities to realign processes and leverage HCM systems and tools to support overarching operational strategy.
In this role, you will perform complex enterprise-wide work focused on business resumption planning, disaster recovery planning, incident response and planning, crisis management and planning, and quality reviews.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop detail business or systems requirements for approved complex projects and enhancements to existing large-scale projects. Conduct interviews and requirements gathering workshops. Ensure sign-off of all artifacts.
