Develop and execute test cases, document results and assist with coordinating user acceptance test activities; review and analyze test results; identifies issues and concerns and recommends course of action.
Assists in developing and enforcing the organizations security policies, standards, and guidelines, security awareness, security information portion of the business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and all industry and government compliances issues.
3 to 5 + years of experience in performing IT Business Analyst activities including client interviewing, requirements gathering (1-on-1 and leading large workshops), solution review, process improvement, and training.
Manage project requirements from initiation through definition of done including: managing scope, resolving road blocks, eliciting and delivering requirements, communication, testing, and training while promoting best practices and standards.
The QA Analyst will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to minimize client disruption with errors/bugs getting released into production.
This candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to interact with others from the executive level down to highly technical analysts in structured and unstructured situations.
