The HR Business Partner oversees the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Manager carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, administration, and employment.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a Business Partner at the segment or division level to: assist with the implementation of corporate human resource policies at the segment or division level.
Provides consultation to managers/directors and all levels of employees in the area of Employee Relations, Change Management, Performance Management, Corporate HR Initiatives, Conflict Management, and RIFs/downsizing activity.
