The Data Center Support Engineer resolves all production support requests regarding data processing for the assigned area, and is involved in supporting, knowledge sharing and communication with the Support Manager to help meet the customers assigned SLA as well as internal OLA requirements.
This person will provide telephone support to customers to resolve problems and develop creative solutions to unusual requests. Our customers have come to expect that the Level 2 Technical Support Engineer can discuss and understand complex issues so Rocket Software does not use entry-level help desk agents for this position.
Collaborate with PASA engineering teams to identify, define, analyze requirements, designs and maintains Factory support solutions integration frameworks for infotainment projects with on-time and high quality deliverables to multiple customers.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to understand IP Network Convergence and architect/articulate UC networks to facilitate successful transport of multiple types of UC applications.
