Plans, directs and coordinates activities of assigned project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Responsible for coordination of all project plans, specifications, and the contract with owner, subcontractors, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, and all other project related documents.
This position will be responsible for working on all aspects of the project, scheduling, pay requests, R.F.I's, change orders, working with the design team, subcontractors, field personnel, and maintaining an excellent relationship with the owner.
Possess financial, technological and innovative skills necessary to develop, implement and coordinate integrated multiple multi-million dollar healthcare construction and renovation projects through multiple delivery models, and
in accordance with department policies and procedures.
This position requires in-depth knowledge of construction contracts, the demonstrated ability to analyze claims, the ability to estimate and review contractor cost proposals, as well as the ability to render sound determinations as to entitlement.
