The Quality Manager will establish, maintain and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) and own the ISO certification process. Responsible for the overall management and control of the quality system and provides leadership to the management team on issues relating to quality.
As a RN Manager of Clinical Practice and Quality Assurance, you will review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement.
Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and addresses the risks inherent in the engagement.
