The Sales Manager, working with their local Growth Leader(s) is the local lead in identifying, developing and supporting marketing activities including seminars, roundtables, and other speaking opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and promote internal controls, standards and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for decision-making, internal/external reporting and communications.
In this role you will be working with top Manufacturing companies and OEMs and distributors across several industry segments to promote and sell motion control products, communicate special programs, present marketing /advertising programs and new products, handle and process warranties, prepare and conduct training and educational seminars.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct a professional, thorough site inspection of the hotel with clients, exhibiting key features and
benefits of the property, and ensure that all Sales Managers conduct thorough site inspections.
The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution working along with Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Delivery teams at onsite and offshore.
This position is critical to achieving forecast sales goals and provides integral support component to the health Care Division's Goal Tree objectives and strategic sales planning for the calendar year.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure team is properly staffed to achieve sales target including management of attrition Solid interviewing and assessment skills Ensures team adopts the Company selling process and supporting tools.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish regular, in-person touch point with key customer stakeholders and build excellent relationship with Sr. VP and C-Level executives, to meet and/ or exceed planned revenue targets for the accounts.
