This role will be responsible for supporting business development efforts related to underwriting services offerings in the U.S. This includes working internally at RGA and externally with industry providers to help identify, promote, implement and support underwriting service offerings. This role will provide account management support in coordination with the USMM Business Development team.
In this role, you will be responsible for strategic management of all Divisional customer service operations within the order management process. The selected candidate will manage the daily customer service department workflow to insure customers are serviced in a satisfying manner and company goals are met.
The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for supervising branch employees and interviews, selects and trains new employees, sets and adjusts pay rates and work hours, directs daily work, monitors and implements compliance measures, administrates discipline, evaluates performance and makes hiring and termination recommendations.
