This position drives the oversight of all strategy and project management for MNKs IT initiatives across all functions and business units. This role partners with the Enterprise Leader(s), Executive Committee and CIO to ensure alignment of programs and projects to the overall company strategy.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for day-to-day management and execution of multiple projects through the project lifecycle. The PM is responsible to define and deliver within the agreed budget, scope and timelines and manages issues and risks through the project lifecycle.
Plan, forecast, and manage program portfolio of projects including high level business case analysis, project staffing, and allocation of resources, scope management, timeline recommendations and benefits realization.
Manages the intake and demand management function and maintains the capital and expense budgets across the IT program portfolio. Ensure that the portfolio delivers the organization or departmental strategy.
Liaison with managers in IT and other functions, applying standard solutions and processes.Responsible for overall quality, thoroughness, and timely completion of projects assigned to project management team.
