The TSM will develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to ensure profitable regional revenue growth through management of key accounts and channel partner relationships as well as exploding the untapped opportunities across all verticals within region.
Our District Sales Managers are consultants to our existing 4,000 distributor customer base. There is no cold calling. DSMs continue to build those relationships and solve problems in order to increase the business we do with them.
You will spend your days developing and achieving the sales plan goals of hybrid and marathon water heaters throughout your assigned region. You will develop sales strategies and sales plans, and launch new programs to help in achieving your sales goals.
The District Sales Manager (DSM) will work in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Customer Service Representative (CSR) to acquire new business as well as increase the thru-put of current business through the pro-active selling of food and non-food products in the specified territory.
