Directs and implements census development strategies for the assigned hospital(s). Responsible for establishing results-producing relationships with the referral community including physicians, case managers and payers. Educates team members and referral sources about rehabilitation services as related to industry changes, specific hospital clinical programs and capabilities, clinical outcomes and appropriate patient referrals/admissions. Provides oversight to the pre-admission function.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds to maintain proper care of the community in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards/regulations and company policies.

Lead development efforts with technical team liaisons, including business requirements gathering and documentation, testing, delivery and user adoption, and effectively communicate deliverable expectations to the health plans and business units.
Develops goals, work plans and schedules for provider staff and ensures that they are executed. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and monitoring of contracting staff and negotiations, provider services.
