In this role, the selected candidate will design, build, test and maintain enablers of business processes, including technology and process solutions with a focus on medium complexity, multiple application business processes and/or business relationships
Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes & perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation.
Developing sector knowledge is of foremost importance for all business analysts. Technical analysts can specialize in erp, application management or custom software development (csd). Functional analysts can specialize in strategy execution, business process transformation or change management.
Serves as a computer technology expert for assigned functional applications to assist business lines with development and ongoing support. Provides project release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation and monitoring of new or revised systems.
