The Sr. Program Managers is responsible for day to day management of 7 to 9 project managers across multiple LOBs such as Scanning, Printing, and Mobile Computing. The Sr. Program Manager will serve as the primary focal point for the Mobility LOB and reports to the PMO Director in Productivity Products business unit.
Drives and participates in implementation of small, large and complex client implementations. Work closely with vendors and testers to ensure requirements are configured properly in client solution. Must have strong project management experience and be able to manage many projects in different phases.

Manages projects within GWBT&O, focused on Global Investment Bank / Sales segment applications, products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
Responsible for successful completion of project(s) of a small to large size of medium to high complexity according to scope, schedule and deliverables agreed to by the project stakeholders and leadership.
