As Technical Support Analyst, you will work to support the technology presence at the institution, recommend or perform complex or remedial actions, correct problems using remote diagnostic and remediation technology and tools and other similar duties.
In this role, the candidate will participate in the product request lifecycle as a liaison to the Services and Implementation teams to submit, prioritize and coordinate testing and sign-off prior to and after release.
In this role, you will troubleshoot configuration problems during and after implementation.Create all the SDLC related deliverables (e.g. System Design, Process Flow Diagrams, Validation documentation, etc.).
Participate in design-level discussions to provide recommendations on document and artifact deliverables based upon analysis of administrative, technical, and management aspects of information systems and associated services.
