The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing all aspects of construction from the pre-site inspection to receipt of the Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Occupancy. Each A&S customer will be assigned a PM, who will be the day-to-day company contact person for their backyard project.

Responsible for managing completion of technical and commercial proposals, providing proposed company project organization, project planning, means and methods of project execution, schedule preparation, cost estimating, and commercial strategy.
Support business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals, serve as lead presenter in presentations to secure new project work. Experienced in developing scope of work, time and manpower estimates.
Develop deliverables related to project initiation including feasibility studies, risk assessment, project initiation reports, staffing, project organization outline, and standards and control procedures.
